How can I know if my address is eligible for shipping?

Can I return the product after receiving it?

Yes, but only if the package is unopened. Adult products involve health and privacy concerns, and once the package is opened, we cannot resell it. If you need to return the product, please contact customer service within 60 days of receiving it and send the product back to the designated address.

What if my toy stops working?

  1. Check to see if it is charged.
  2. Contact us(support@intimaxtoy.com) within 30 days to verify that it is a manufacturing defect and we will replace it for free.
  3. After 180 days, we will provide warranty repair service.

How long is the Intimax warranty?

Yes! We guarantee against manufacturing defects for 180 day. Please send an email (with a video of the damage) support@intimaxtoy.com  with your order number.Once we confirm that there is indeed a production error, we will resend you a new product as soon as possible.

Can I request a return after placing an order?

We are very sorry, but we have a very large order volume every day. If you place the order within 24 hours, we can process the refund for you.

However, if the item is ready for shipment more than 24 hours later, we regret not being able to cancel your order. If you insist on canceling your order, we will charge a 5%-10% compensation fee. (However, we will send you a 25% discount coupon for your next purchase.) Thank you for your understanding.

Absolutely.All Lurevibe toys are made frommedical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, or non-toxic TPE. We never use phthalates or porous materials.

How do I clean my toy?
